Infusions Dye Stain - Blackcurrant - PaperArtsy

Infusions from PaperArtsy are fine color particles in powder form that are soluble in water. You can use them for watercoloring and for mixing with other media (e.g.: Grunge Paste from PaperArtsy). The special thing about the infusions is that the color particles are mixed with Walnut Stain crystals. Mixed or sprayed with water, the color particles dissolve faster than the Walnut Stain crystals. This allows you to achieve unique effects! 
You can use the infusions on both paper and fabric. 

Tip: To apply the infusion powder in the right amount, use a pin to pierce a small hole in the aluminum lid and make your infusion spreader. It is best to use pin needles with colorful heads on them or adhesive tape to close the vials again.

How can you use the infusions to achieve different effects?

• spray your projects with water first and then apply the color powder
• sprinkle the color powder onto dry paper and then spray with water
• vary the drying time of your projects 
• you can put the infusions in a spray bottle (e.g. Mini Mister from Ranger), dissolve with water and spray on immediately.
