Just Walnut Infusions Dye Stain has only the Walnut Stain crystals without any added color powder. It can be mixed with water, glaze, sprayed, sloshed, sprinkled, dripped onto papers, or any project onto which you might want to add a vintage sepia effect. Walnut crystals dissolve in water, and can be used to create a sepia stain. They also can be used with any of the Fresco glazes (Matte, Satin, Gloss). The colour particles are various sizes, so you can get interesting granular effects with ease. Perfect for adding some extra vintage effects to your art.

Pierce a small hole in the top of the aluminium cap for a salt shaker style dispensing option

Tip: To apply the infusion powder in the right amount, use a pin to pierce a small hole in the aluminum lid and make your infusion spreader. It is best to use pin needles with colorful heads on them or adhesive tape to close the vials again. (don't forget to remove the disc inside the cap!)

How can you use the infusions to achieve different effects?

• spray your projects with water first and then apply the color powder
• sprinkle the color powder onto dry paper and then spray with water
• vary the drying time of your projects 
• you can put the infusions in a spray bottle (e.g. Mini Mister from Ranger), dissolve with water and spray on immediately.
