WOW Embossing Pad - Refill

The refill tool is primarily a refill for our Embossing Pad. Apply using large circular motions on the pad to get the steel ball rolling, then go up and down until you're covered! It can also be used as a freestyle tool. This will not give you perfect results, you will need a WOW! Embossing Pen for that or for complete coverage then you will need a WOW! Embossing Pad, but you can sketch out freehand designs and go direct to stamp with it.
