Tips for stamping with Impronte D'Autore stamps
Stamping with Clear Stamps
To use the Impronte D Autore Clear Stamps you only need an acrylic block (the Clear Stamps are self-adhesive) and stamping ink. First detach the stamp images from the transparent carrier material and place it on your clear block (acrylic block). Color the stamp images with the stamping ink of your choice, use stamp paper and you're ready to go. Happy stamping!
The rubber stamps from Impronte dAutore are unmounted, i.e. you only need EZMount as a carrier material. You stick this on the underside of the stamp plate and cut out the images. TIPP: Cut out the images tightly - but carefully - with a small border so that you don't stamp the border. Then remove the protective film from the EZMount and the rubber stamp will stick to the acrylic block by itself. It's easy, isn't it? After stamping, clean the images with a stamp cleaner and remove it from the acrylic block, then you can put the protective film back on and store the stamp images in your set case.
Stamping with mounted rubber stamps / rubber stamps
Impronte dAutore's mounted rubber stamps are permanently mounted on a wooden block and are ready to start stamping immediately. All you need is some more stamping ink, stamping paper and coloring pens and you're good to go. With a wooden stamp (mounted rubber stamp), the stamp motif is printed on top so that you know exactly what you are stamping and where exactly you are placing the stamp image.
